Service areas
Where we work across Greater Seattle, the Eastside, and Snohomish County. Based in Lynnwood. Seattle’s main door is our homepage; other cities link to the service pages we publish for each area.
Puget Sound coverage from Lynnwood
Basement Expert is an NDS-certified drainage and active water-diversion team based in Lynnwood. We serve homeowners and commercial properties within roughly an hour of our shop — glacial till, high water tables, and hillside runoff are what we plan for on every visit — including wet basement repair.

Outside our normal area
We are not a Tacoma / South Sound or far-east Cascade foothills shop. If you are well south of Seattle or far outside the Lynnwood hour radius, call first — we will tell you honestly whether the job fits our routes.
